Great Furniture!
I recently ordered two Sahara spindle chairs with a brown Heirloom stain, but they arrived with espresso stain! Temple claims that the stain's black color is just a stain variation, and the final finish color is left to the discretion of a worker! As I ordered custom chairs, the stain color should match the wood samples they provided - not left up to a worker to decide how dark they wanted to stain the chairs! My wife and I purchased a couch and loveseat from Temple Furniture in September 2020 and it was defective from day one. During, the first year, Temple repudiated, our claim, and that of the retailer who sold us the furniture, that the springs were bad and offered to sell us new cushions at a cost of $375. In 2024. Temple agreed to give us new cushions and they split the cost with the retailer. Cushions did not fix a spring problem.
