Previous experience was very good, reasonable service and prices. Went in for oil service and brakes last year. It took 90 minutes and cost £150. This year I went in for just an oil service and I was charged for 2.5 hours and £232. Car went in first thing in the morning and was only ready come closing time. Found oil spilled all over the enginer cover. Really poor job this time around. I checked the cars dash cam and it clearly shows the car entering the ramp at 11:44 and coming off the ramp at 12:33, less than an hours work... read more

I can't recommend them enough. Excellent service and work. I had an issue with my alternator - not only did they spend time finding the best priced part but, unbeknown to me, they found out that the part was still under warranty saving me about £2k. Thank you.
