Dr. Allen promptly identified that my daughter had developed a life-threatening condition during her pregnancy. Thanks to Dr. Allen, my daughter and granddaughter are doing well. She saved their lives. I am so thankful that she was on-call the night my daughter came in with severe pain. Worst experience with a Doctors office EVER. I would not recommend her or this office to my worst enemy. Clearly she does not have the time to be taking on new clients, but continues to do so anyways. The amount of incorrect information I was given is truly unbelievable. Staff is slow to respond on MyChart, and rude & unprofessional over the phone. If you want to be "just a number" and treated as such, then this is the place for you.
Dr. Allen is the most down to earth doctor I have ever encountered. She is compassionate and explains things so that you understand. She takes the time to listen to you. She's an excellent surgeon as well. I love her bedside manner and how she truly cares about her patients. She knows what she's doing and I have 100% trust in her.
Dr. Allen is an extremely competent & compassionate care provider. She has a terrific bedside manner. She works very hard to properly care for patients & won't hesitate to reach out to other specialist doctors if the health problem of her patient extends beyond her medical specialties. Dr. Allen is trustworthy & makes sound medical decisions for her patients. I highly recommend her to care for any woman including my own mother & daughter, that should demonstrate my trust & confidence in her.
