Unit failed a month out of warranty. Would not recommend a hitachi product
quality of temperzone ac unit is low, 5.5 years after installation fans in the unit exploded with no ingerention which was confirmed with external electritian. warranty declined (5 years).
ZERO STARS for TEMPERZONE. 1 star because Brett helped. I was trying to chase a part as it never arrived when due so I rang (and was transferred between 4 different people and 2 states before someone would help me) only to find out that our order is still sitting there as 'not paid' when it was paid a week ago and they sent me a payment receipt at the time.
