Checked in at 9;50am loaded at 11:20am. Appointment was at 12pm
Out the door an hour before my appt. When I checked in there were 4 trucks ahead of me. They got them in and out within an hour. 15 mins of actual loading. Efficient shipper.
I waited 3 hours for information on which door to stand for loading!
