2nd time going in for an oil change. Get a call this morning that my car was done. She also said they pulled out a nail and patched it up, so I said thanks I'll be there soon. I was charged $25 for the nail removal/patch and was not even given the courtesy to ask if I wanted them to do it, let alone they would be charging me to do such a simple task.
