Cassie is a stupendous masseuse. She melted my muscles into a euphoria. I enjoyed the calm and secure feeling of being at her table. Anytime I wanted explanations on what she was doing, She gave as much of an answer as I wanted. 10/10 would do again.
i ordered a 90 minute massage but only got 60 minutes. overall experience was subpar, the only enjoyable part were the hot stones. even the pressure of the massage was very light and not that deep. overall disappointing experience, still waiting to see if i can get any sort of recomp
Therapist was 10 minutes late, she asked where concerns were and disregarded. She then ended the session 15 minutes early. I asked if she could do the same to my psoas as she did on one side to the other. She abruptly said "no, your session is over". I'm really disappointed in how I was treated. She did not uphold her obligation to serve the client and adhere to the treatment session time and still charging the full amount. I am hopeful that your organization will do the right thing.
