Amazing customer service! And amazing service from “Mitch”. He is very knowledgeable and thorough with his work
Install was extremely sloppy and it took months of following up and being ignored to get it rectified. Was ignored for 8 weeks and only got a response after threatening QBCC. A staff member (Cal) eventually came out and did a wonderful job of fixing the business owners (Matt) sloppy work. Says a lot about a company if the literal owner is happy to stand by sloppy work. Would never ever recommend or use this company again.

This is a difficult review to write. The headline 2 stars is also tricky. I think the best option is to break the service into 2 distinct parts. Part 1 The actual service itself was fine. The service technician was on time. Very efficient and helpful. I had booked a full top level service but after the technician looked over the system he was honest enough to say it didn't need that so he only charged me for the lower standard service.
