Install was extremely sloppy and it took months of following up and being ignored to get it rectified. Was ignored for 8 weeks and only got a response after threatening QBCC. A staff member (Cal) eventually came out and did a wonderful job of fixing the business owners (Matt) sloppy work. Says a lot about a company if the literal owner is happy to stand by sloppy work. Would never ever recommend or use this company again.

This is a difficult review to write. The headline 2 stars is also tricky. I think the best option is to break the service into 2 distinct parts. Part 1 The actual service itself was fine. The service technician was on time. Very efficient and helpful. I had booked a full top level service but after the technician looked over the system he was honest enough to say it didn't need that so he only charged me for the lower standard service. A Shout-Out to an Exceptional Team In the midst of peak season, this team stops at nothing to secure equipment for their clients. With most major suppliers already closed, I received a call this morning from them to see if they could purchase excess stock from us. This is what I consider outstanding customer service! Mitsubishi Air conditioning uses TemperCool as one of their QLD service providers. All we can say is we’re very disappointed on TemperCool. No respond within 2 days as per the email, until we call, we been advised that TemperCool won’t be able to provide the service until 3 weeks later. We will definitely escalate this issue to Mitsubishi. If you can’t provide the service you shouldn’t be qualified as a contractor.
