Polite, timely and professional
I never write reviews but felt like I needed to for Temperature Pro. Our heat pump quit working and called in a service call. They scheduled for a tech to come out the same day, actually within a few hours. The tech was efficient and professional, explaining to me the problem and had it up in running in no time. I have worked as a tech for 45 years in a different field and have literally worked with dozens of tech, some good and some bad. I had my hvac system fine tuned, & TempPro was on time, efficient & had things done in no time.
From the speedy communication to fitting me in and visiting so quickly. I would give ten stars. Kenny the tech was kind and you could tell he really cared about the service he provided. He quickly found the issue and came back the next day with the part to solve it. I am so grateful to have been able to be given the gift of TemperaturePro offering a free service to first responders.
