For years they performed repeated very poor quality service and that lacked cleaning of drain hoses and other standard steps, which resulted in a cascade of failures that ultimately caused a cracked heat exchanger and pan. They did terrible trouble shooting and replaced a bunch of parts at my expense before concluding that I needed to replace the entire system. I recently had a 4 head Midea Mini-split installed in my house by TemperaturePro Inland Northwest. I made an appointment with Hailey at the office who was exemplary in her communication skills. Lowell came out for a free estimate and I was impressed with his attention to detail on how everything would be installed as well as a very competitively priced estimate.
