This crew fit us in quickly for a furnace replacement and Lowell’s steady communication was professional, experienced, and caring.
Once again, this company has proven their dedication to customer service. They went beyond call of duty to find a part that would have otherwise meant several days without heat during a very cold spell. However, they also offered space heaters in the event the part would not be available locally. 💯 recommend.
