These guys were great. Lowell got back to my message within a short while. Hailey followed up with me in the morning and a tech, Kenny, was sent out to our place in the afternoon. Kenny was very responsible and professional, getting our unit fixed within about 75 minutes. Thanks so much for the great service!!
Temperature Pro has been excellent from the start. They installed mini splits for our new construction a few years ago, and their service has remained top-notch ever since. Whenever I have a question or need help, they’re always quick to respond and handle everything with professionalism and confidence. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and provides outstanding customer service. Kenny recently came out to fix a minor issue, and everything is running smoothly again. I highly recommend them!
