Cody was great. Diagnosed the problem then spent extra time to prevent further damages until repair can be done.
Lia was very professional and let me know exactly what was going on with me unit.
Johnny fixed our draining problem with the ac, and was very polite and helpful!
Do not use this company! They did a bad job replacing the air handler and ac unit and refused to stand behind their work with horrible customer service! They had to come out several times to diagnose the problem before they sold me a new unit and air handler. They stepped on my living room ceiling from the attic and caused a crack in my ceiling. When they left I found the trim to the attic entrance laying on the floor of my closet and when I asked them to come back in to fix it they did a crappy job slapping it back up into ... read more
