Professional service and communication
Thank you Cody and TemperaturePro. Grandma heat went out earlier in the day and they found a way to fit her as a new client into schedule. Unit hasn't been serviced for a while so we feared would be a lot to get it up and running. Cody checked the parts that had caused the problem and some were still under warranty. Long story short they got grandma back to being warm and she really appreciated Cody hardwork. Wrote this on behalf of Grandma.
