Technician Johnson was very personable, week versed in the job, explained a lot to me. Hope to see him again. He ran the diagnostic on the central unit and the mini split. He told me about the mini split needing cleaning and showed me the pictures. I’ll be making an appointment to have that done
Our AC stopped working in the middle of July. Called the office and a human picked up the phone and made an appointment for that same day. No voicemail, no AI chat bat, no endless menu prompts, glad a kind human picked up the phone and quickly made an appointment. Technician Joel Rubio arrived at the beginning of the scheduled time and quickly found the problem. He cleaned the drain line and the unit starting working again. Ovie Rodriguez was our technician today for Temperature Pro and he was very courteous, knowledgeable and considerate of our time. He texted to let us know he was on his way, gave exact feedback on how the air conditioner was performing and what he repaired and the cost. No hidden fees! The professional and technical knowledge displayed by Mr. Weaver was outstanding!! He was friendly and patient with me and all my questions. I highly recommend Temperature Pro because for all that was done, initial system check, temperature balance check, capacitor replacement and re-check of the temperature balance the cost was less than $375.
