Temperaturepros is the best HVAC company that we have worked with in this area. Richard and Russ are very knowledgeable and professional. Last year, their detective work figured out an air intake vent blockage that another HVAC company could not diagnose. We also worked with them on a new HVAC system installation and Richard provided great education on pros/cons and was responsive to questions that came up. We will be working with them in the future! Highly recommended!
Russ did a great job explaining the options for updating my heating/cooling system for my split level house! He was personable and provided clear guidance and expectations. I would recommend him to prospective clients!
Pricing was affordable. We were very happy that the install took place a lot quicker than we thought it would. Great quality of their product. Russ Heuer and his team were on time, kept the place clean while working, cleaned everything up when they were finished and very considerate of the property. I've already recommended TemperaturePro, Kirkland to numerous friends and family.
I want to say that Temperature Pro is a fantastic company. I made an appt on Friday night at 5:55 pm and Richard took all the time to answer my questions without making me feel like it was 5 minutes before closing. Russ, the technician came on time and did a very thorough job. He showed me all the things I needed to know, to keep my mini splits running smoothly. Next time I am in need a HVac services I will go directly to them. It was refreshing to find a company that is honest without the upsell.
The Temperature Pro, Rich and his team are very professional and reasonable! Checking our furnace and AC unite every six months.
