When my heat pump started to fail, I contacted several area business. Most had steep fees to diagnose, and wouldn't provide any kind of troubleshooting over the phone. I work in commercial HVAC controls, so I had already done most of the diagnostics myself. I just needed confirmation and a quote for repair. Russ Heuer with Temperature Pro was the first person who provided that for me. He clearly knows what he's doing. My normally anxious wife was put at ease after he came by. I'll have follow up after the repair.
