Thermal Solutions team came through for me once again. I was experiencing trouble with my A/C and after requesting service, I was relieved to know that a technician would make a visit after hours, no extra charge. The technician, Sean, maintained communication with me and arrived approximately 6:15pm to begin his troubleshooting.
