Garrett was super nice. Did a good job explaining what was wrong and tried to find a solution.
They are amazing
Justin and Sean are amazing representatives for the company. They did their best to make repairs and didn't try and push sales and services on us. They were also friendly and engaging. We trusted them immediately, which is the most important factor for us. Lexi, in the office was really pleasant, too. She set the proper tone right away. Justin, Sean, and Lexi, are the reasons we went with TemperaturePro
We had them come out and look at our central air unit after another company said we need an electrician to fix our problem. Mason and Justin came out and they diagnosed the issue with the unit. They were very professional and honest with us. When we decide what we are going to do I'm definitely calling them back. FYI we didn't need an electrician.
As usual, Temp Pro (including Garret), did a wonderful job!
