Purchased the maintenance program last year. Technician came to inspect furnace and found that my furnace had a cracked heat exchanger and was leaking carbon monoxide at an unsafe rate! Had no idea (colorless, odorless). Needless to say, my furnace needed to be shut down until new could be installed. Temperature Pro had Mitch H. and Jonathon D. at my house the following morning to install a new system and get me heat! I work in the commercial construction industry & understand the value of preventive maintenance. Having Luke inspect my furnace, filter, etc. today could prevent a pricier service call since debris will cause a furnace to shut off.
