We hired this AC service company, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. They overcharged us for the work and were unprofessional throughout the process. One of the AC zones, which was working perfectly before, is now malfunctioning after their service. Additionally, they ordered the wrong replacement part, which caused significant delays. What should have been a 1-2 hour job ended up taking the entire day. I would not recommend this company based on our experience.
I can't recommend Ramzi and Temperature Solutions highly enough! Responsive, professional, expert and great value for money. Had great experience with removal of an old A/C unit. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely use again.
