Fair prices, very professional, polite, and very responsive. Always there when they said they would be there, handled a difficult install extremely well. I couldn't have been happier with their work, attitude and concern for me as their customer. They handled an unexpected problem with a fix and did not charge extra for the additional work. They showed concern for my property and my house. Jonathan, Martin and the crew were excellent.
More than anyone they know what they are doing. Be patient because they are very busy.
Update on my previous review below: On Friday, September 16th, 2016 just before 5 PM I received an apologetic call and an offer to have a technician come out to give us an estimate for work the following morning. I accepted the offer and the technician (I believe Alex was his name), arrived early within his scheduled window. He was polite and professional and did a very thorough job assessing our issues. These guys are the best! When we remodeled, our contractor used them to install our second heater. Even though our first heater was installed by somebody else they worked on it to install an ultraviolet light. They come every year to do the maintenance. They were here this week and the guy was, as always, unbelievably polite and extremely thorough. Highly recommend them.
