horrible customer service extremely unprofessional. made numerous phone calls. had clear defined conversation which should've been documented on both ends. drove 2 hours to resolve. the conversation was switched resulting in loss money, mileage, etc... all of this is understandable and i wouldn't put it past me to have possibly heard the wrong thing. i admit the potential misunderstanding/misinterpretation. the customer service here is horrible and ill explain why. i call back to discuss this and it is a valid point that the... read more
