We have been using Temper Troops for the last couple of years and the service has always been fantastic. The two guys who came this time Jesse and Malachi were courteous and ensured we understood everything they did. They also answered any questions we had. We can't speak highly enough of all the staff from Temper Troops. Highly recommend.
Never ever buy from them They are trying to repair a brand new Air conditioner for past 2 months and they visited us for 6 times and we have to be at home for them to visit. And now again they say one more part need to be replaced They say they can't change the process and they can't replace the unit .. though it's a brand new one ..whole winter is gone with kids freezing all night ... Never ever buy from them .....they are good until nothing is broken...
We had Temper Troops install a new ducted system and remove 3 old split systems for us. I am so impressed! The guys arrived on time, and were so friendly and cheerful. It was a pleasure to watch how well they worked together and to chat and joke around with them as they very efficiently got the job done. Nothing was too much trouble and they even cleaned up after themselves!
We recently had ducted air conditioning installed in our home and would highly recommend Temper Troops. They were prompt, professional and very efficient. After installation they did a follow up call and quality assurance check. A big shout to Sam, Jyda, Zac, Levi and Matt who were a very happy cohesive/clean team.
The Temper Troops team was super friendly, professional, with good attention to the detail. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get new aircon done!
