Anyone here speak English? Can never understand any of you, not only does it take half an hour to decipher what they’re saying, you have to wait another hour to collect your tyres. Pfft
ordered a set of tyres from Tempe and delivered to a fitting partner workshop in Melbourne to be fitted. The service was great, and the tyres delivered from Sydney to Melbourne the next morning and no problem having all fitted at the fitting partner. All very good and fuss free. The price for the tyres was unbeatable and superb value for money.
No customer service my advice is go elsewhere.
So rude and unhelpful I was shocked. When I called and asked for some details on an order, the only response I got was a massive sigh and silence. He then couldn't get the spelling of our company, fair enough, but when I went to spell it out for him he yelled and cut me off saying "BROTHER OK!". Once he answered my first original question I went to ask something else and instead of a response he genuinely hung up on me. Cant imagine treating customers like this, it's disgraceful. I was nothing but respectful and patient.
Very poor service!! Need to wait 45 for just only 2 tyres!
