I came her for a gel mani pedi and the lady I got was super gentle, attentive to detail, and good at what she does! I believe her name was ivy. I 10/10 recommend

I have been going here the last few times and absolutely loved it but today was just so different, i called to make an appointment and when i got there i had to wait for another 30 minutes in the pedicure chair with cold water 1/4 full in the tub and the front desk lady (who already acted like i was inconveniencing her by my presence) walked over and said “what even was your name again” and the pedicure itself was hands down the worst pedicure i have ever gotten the stones were rubbed up and down 2 times and i had a cold wet... read more

If I could give a zero I would! Why schedule an appointment if I’m sill waiting 30-45 for my nail technician. This has been a recurring problem. I have been a customer for 7+years and my nail technician is the only reason why I stayed.. kudos to you!!!. The lady owner is rude and lacks in customer care.
