I went in for simple maintenance on my Kia and had Marcy as my service rep! She was so friendly and very helpful throughout the entire process. She not only made the initial check in easy and painless, she showed me the waiting area, any amenities that were available while waiting (WiFi, coffee, etc.) and even set me up with a ride to a nearby breakfast spot to break up the wait.
