I went there for a year because their office was closer than the one in Chandler. After going back to my normal periodontal, they noticed that I had a large amount of build-up on my front left teeth but is very deep. Sadly, I paid four visits last year to this place, and they failed at doing a basic one hour perio cleaning. Now I have to pay for a deep perio cleaning. Great!
REFERRING PROVIDERS BEWARE!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR PATIENTS AND OFFER TO DO RESTORATIVE TREATMENT IN THEIR OFFICE. AS WELL AS REFERRING PATIENTS TO ANOTHER GENERAL DENTIST THEY ARE AFFILIATED WITH. PLEASE BE AWARE OF WHO YOU ARE REFERRING AND WHAT TREATMENT THEY ARE DOING. THEY WILL LIE UNTIL THEY ARE CAUGHT AND BY THAT TIME IT IS TO LATE!! SUCH A SAD EXCUSE FOR A PROFESSIONAL OFFICE.
Dr. Holbrook and his team are awesome! I had two pretty invasive dental procedures that needed done, and Dr. Holbrook completed both without a hitch. Zero bumps in the road during either one. What’s more, Dr. Holbrook and his staff are really professional and courteous. Every experience with his team was positive, and they did a great job of making an otherwise pretty stressful set of procedures go as easy as possible.
