I had a good experience 6 months ago, but I had an appointment for today and when I arrived I found that the building was closed even though online says the business is open. Then when I called someone about what was going on I was told the location is closed for two more weeks (due to maintenance) and has been closed since at least last Monday, and that at this time I can’t reschedule until they open back up. The most frustrating part was that no one informed me of this prior to the appointment.
Outstanding Performance and Customer Service.
The staff here was very nice. They made me feel very comfortable. I didn’t have to wait to be seen was call back at my scheduled time.
