Probably the best dentist I've been to but since they switched receptionists I haven't been able to get a hold of them ever, calls and emails. After referring a friend they showed for an appointment they made online and the doors were locked. I'm not even sure if they still exist here or not anymore.
I had a good experience 6 months ago, but I had an appointment for today and when I arrived I found that the building was closed even though online says the business is open. Then when I called someone about what was going on I was told the location is closed for two more weeks (due to maintenance) and has been closed since at least last Monday, and that at this time I can’t reschedule until they open back up. The most frustrating part was that no one informed me of this prior to the appointment.
Outstanding Performance and Customer Service.
The staff here was very nice. They made me feel very comfortable. I didn’t have to wait to be seen was call back at my scheduled time.
Great experience.
