I normally wouldn’t think to write a review for a collision repair shop, but my experience here has been stellar. We have dropped off multiple vehicles for repair and they always put in the effort and care to make sure that the work is completed in a timely manner and that it looks great. Chris, the technician took great care of my car. He was able to buff out multiple scratches to make my car look brand new. He completed the repairs quickly and carefully and I appreciate it very much.
I’m grateful I found Tempe Collision Center and I definitely appreciated Ruben going over information throughly answering my questions. Cali was the tech that worked on my vehicle and did an amazing job! Highly recommend this place.
Took my car in for an estimate for paint job and had exceptional customer service from Ruben and Kyle. Kyle honestly evaluated the job and asked good questions help me make a decision. He also recommended Brakes Plus down the street for car repair--another great shop. Thank you, Kyle.
I’m extremely disappointed with the work from Tempe Collision Center. After getting my car back, it was still covered in dust, residue, and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned at all. There are visible paint imperfections, debris left on the surface, and overall poor attention to detail throughout the vehicle. Ruben and Chen at Tempe Collision Center are the reason I will never take any of my cars anywhere else. I brought them my McLaren 720S to install one of the hardest body kits you can put on this type of car. Multiple very reputable body shops didn’t have the confidence to take on the project and told me no. Ruben and Chen stepped up, took on the challenge, and absolutely transformed the car.
