The guy who picked up was constantly interrupting me as I tried to explain my situation. Then, it was quiet and I said hello? He responded in a sarcastic manner by asking if I was done. Gees, I should have looked more on the website than talk to someone who is trying to get ‘smart’ with me. I was finally transferred to a supervisor and left a message. Don’t know if they’ll call me back. How much money do they collect to hassle a resident? I needed information, not more programs I’m not part of.
The housing authority in Tempe telephone service was excellent
I love how supportive this program is. This program is wonderful
Staff at Tempe Section 8 are consistently rude and dismissive. Communication is poor, concerns are not listened to, and the program is not run properly. There is no real way to escalate issues because the office is very small and staff appear closely connected, so complaints just cycle back to the same people. I have had multiple property owners tell me directly that they refuse to rent through Tempe Section 8 because they do not like dealing with the staff. That says a lot. And every time I call them and I trying to do anything like change these people are the best worst horrible office ever they don't even practice and they don't do anything like you have to be legal and how's the process exactly goes they told me to move on into the property so in order to to transfer my voucher to another city so they basically want me to have me on the street for that time so I can then look at I know the property and it's I already I am in another property with a landlord and supposedly this they supposed ... read more
