My brand new car has been here for service 4-5 times already in two months/ 3500 miles. I’ve had this loaner car twice and even though I let them know the last time that the AC sucks, they still keep giving it out. Fix your car and mine please.
The positives: Staff was friendly and professional, and the environment was clean. Negatives: had a 7:30 appointment yesterday and my vehicle was not started until 10:30. Had a head light replaced and realized last night, that the headlights are not aligned. I’m going to have to go back and have it done there, else I may be charged for the alignment. First service performed there and not an auspicious start.
Beware, they overcharge!
