It was a regular Air Conditioning maintenance call. Danny arrived as stated in the great communications. His service was efficient. Great consumer experience overall.
Diagnosed and fixed a capacitor issue for our AC unit quickly and efficiently. Was honest with the costs and didn't try to upsell anything (but could have).
Len and team do a great job. I have a splitless system that needed heavy cleaning - the team came out right away to take care of it. I have some other issues with the system that Len’s team is helping me address now. Edited - I just met Danny who’s wonderful, who came and cleaned my system quickly and effectively.
And a follow up to adjust the fan speed was just as professional and comprehensive. Reliable and supremely professional. I have called on Len's company for years now. He is always able to fix problems that other companies just ignore or excuse away. We just had our old furnace replaced (Feb 13, 2026) as there was a gas leak from our old one and were without heat for a day. Thanks Ty for detecting the issue.
