Very poor customer service. Made light of a high priority situation, failure of a one year old Rinnai water heater, and made procuring the replacement very difficult and time consuming. Took over one week to get a new, warranty water heater... not due to supply issues. Management does not seem to understand that getting hot water to my family is a high priority. I don't know how Lewis does it, but he always gets us taken care of quickly, even when he's the only one in shop

Lewis thanks for all that you do for performance gas. I look forward to coming in there because you are more than just an employee. You take care of us like we're the only ones that come in there at all. Keep teaching yourself, and remember knowledge is power.

Lewis is always around and helping get the right equipment for jobs. I Always get the right part and he is very knowledgeable about the products. It makes going through that supply house significantly smoother than others
