I had converted to gas from oil heat, Temp Tamers turned a 3 day install into an almost 2 year nightmare. I've been threated by Mr. Biggs 3 times, I feel as if I've been lied to. His line of "You can trust me, I used to be a cop" I feel is BS. I would never hire them again, even to change a light bulb.
I have had them out for two different things. both experiences were excellent! I had lost heat a few weeks ago and had another company come and give me an estimate which was 1,000 for a circuit board and I felt that it was to high and that they were charging me based on my area. At that point someone told me to call Temp Tamers and I am so glad I did, Casey who is in the office worked with me to get me a price over the phone and came lower in price. Had Mr. Biggs out to fix my air condtioner approzimeately one month ago.
