We couldn’t be happier with how seriously Terrance Wallace took the maintenance of our A/C system! He definitely went the extra mile, trouble-shooting and explaining everything to us. We’ve been out of our home for two years while it was being renovated, so the system was way out of whack. Terrance diligently worked to figure the problem out, and was also professional enough to ask for assistance from Brandon. We are so impressed. Many thanks to Terrance and to Temp Right!

I was quoted by the office that they wouldn't charge me for mileage to Albertson. However the technician came did his initial assessment and charged me $200, instead of the original $95. The initial information given was to do $1,000 test on the system or replace the entire system. The estimate I got from the company over the phone was $12,000.
