Paul gave our ground source heat pump its annual maintenance. In addition to taking care of the routine work efficiently, he identified a problem that could be corrected by leveling the heat pump and fixed a problem with thermostat wiring that restored the heat pump's separate fan function. Paul showed that he knew his stuff. Pleasant to work with, too.
The service rep took extensive time to explain Some problems with our furnace (17 yrs old) and air conditioning unit (20 yrs old). In addition to the explanation, he was able to demonstrate what was going on—I had never looked inside our furnace to see how it worked. I didn’t just have to take his word for what the problem was. I feel confident about our decision to replace the furnace. He was patient and thorough.
