I have a Ground Source Heat system and when I had trouble with my system and couldn't find anyone that could help. Then I called Temp Right and the technician Ryce Hegwood came out. He found the problem got the part ordered and came out the day after Christmas to install the new compressor. I highly recommend Temp Right and especially Ryce. Great service. Josh White helped me troubleshoot my furnace on the first cold weekend of the season and got it running again fast. He walked me through the fix over FaceTime, was clear, detailed, and professional, and didn’t try to upsell an emergency visit. Really appreciated the prompt help. Five stars.

Vicky was outstanding on the customer service side—friendly, responsive, and professional. Mike Wallace came out to troubleshoot my furnace and was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He clearly takes pride in his work. Cody Lansky followed up with a quote for a new furnace and water heater and was just as impressive. Overall, I’d give the entire team 10 stars.
