Great customer service and excellent gentleman that came out. They fixed my central heating unit when another company couldn’t. Another company came out first- charged me over 300$ and told me I needed a new unit, that it couldn’t be repaired. Called temp control and they came out- fixed it and price was so reasonable. Save yourself some issues and call temp control FIRST. Thank you temp control- we appreciate you and the service you completed at Garrett’s Fork in Chapmanville.

I live in an apartment complex, my AC went out on May 14th, it's currently July 10th, my AC unit is still not fixed. It's been basically 2 months with no Central AC, I am also 20 weeks pregnant. When I talked to my landlord about how much longer the repair would take, he said he was told that my part was on back order. I mean I get it that a part could be on back order, but for 2 MONTHS?!?! Have had 2 systems (31 years) installed by Temp Control. Both owners have always responded within hours, answered and responded to emergencies even when I have encouraged priorities of others (elderly and ill) they have always made time to respond and resolve all issues even during frigid freezes and extreme heat waves. Getting ready to have my 3rd unit installed and will not even consider any other company. When you need them- that are here for you!
