Do not believe their "Lifetime" warranty. It doesn't exist - and neither does any customer service. We had a problem after 14 years, and a Rep did acknowledge the problem and that it was an installation error. However, he "dropped" off the radar after speaking to his boss. We wrote letters and phoned the main office with no response from anyone. They are not a good company to do business with.
