Worst communication and follow-thru ever! We started on Jan 14, 2022 with a promise of mid-June 2022 for our sunroom renovation and stamped concrete project. Christina "construction manager" never communicated status of project, delays, reasons for delays or even bothered to get back to us when they knew we were upset with lack of communication. Placed an order on 7/9 with an estimated date of Sept/October. It's Feb 10, 2022 and I still do not have a scheduled install date. I have a long timeline of conversation/excuses with Temo. "We are just finishing up a job, your next in line", "We will start your job the first week of January", "we will be out next week", etc. Broken promises without even calling and letting me know they cannot stick with what they committed to. TEMO did an outstanding job installing our Pergola. The quality of the work is exceptional. The install crew was clean, neat and professional. I would highly recommend this company without any hesitation.
