My lawyer left and they never communicated it to me. My lawyer didn’t share direct communications with opposing counsel with me before leaving. Lack of communication on all sides and they are refusing to fully refund my retainer. Happy to remove this review if they make it right but their lack of caring and ethics is deeply impacting my current ongoing case where they completely dropped the ball. Be careful, their account seems to have been hacked, am getting an email from a hoky email address purporting to be from this law firm that I have never heard of.

They charged me excessively. The opposing attorney told me, after settling the case, that he was astounded at the fees of Temmerman, Cilley and Kohlman. I went to a mediation without having been briefed on what would be taking place and what was at stake. After I testified (honestly), Jim Cilley, the one responsible for not having properly briefed me on what would be taking place and what the settlement actually entailed, told me, "You shouldn't have said that."
