Dr. Ekwo is AMAZING! she is the easiest person to talk to! Makes you feel comfortable during visits and is never in any rush, takes her time to listen to every concern! She's the best!
Dr. Ekwo is very personable and caring. She answered all 4,000 of my questions, addressed my concerns and eased my anxiety for an upcoming procedure. I appreciate her thoughtfulness, understanding and overall knowledge and professionalism. Update: Procedure complete and post-op appointment done! I’m back up and running! Dr. Ekwo is absolutely amazing as usual! Highly recommended!!!
Dr. Ekwo took the time to discuss certain concerns I had. This was my first time visiting for a well woman. Highly recommended
She sent a letter saying find another doctor because of appointments they told me not to come too . Communication is bad . I’m 8 months pregnant at that . Never seen a doctor cancel you after scheduling a C-section at 8 months . It’s super stressful trying to find another doctor at your 8 month. I dont recommend. No phone call no warning only a letter that states they can give me 30 more days . In 30 more days I’ll be due to have a baby . I feel like it’s better ways they could’ve been done this . Earlier this year I decided to switch OBGYN after finding out I was pregnant with twins. I wanted a doctor that specializes in natural birth for multiples and cares about black maternal health. I got that with Dr. Ekwo. I may not have gotten the birth I wanted, I got the option that was best for me and my babies with no NICU time and fast recovery.
