13 years and 3 owners later I have loved every minute of it...as I shared with Anita, the owner, there are bigger gyms and maybe sexier gyms, there isn't a gym that I have been to that has the culture of caring, coaching, consideration and community like Temenos...I am hoping that my move to Calgary isn't a forever move as I look forward to rejoining an incredible family of CrossFitters...you will not be disappointed when you check out Temenos!!!!!....love you all!!!!!

Trained with Musashi Jafari. One of the best training experiences in my life. Solid techniques and advice. Clean gym space with no bs equipment
This is the place to go in town if you want to get fit and make some friends doing it! Experienced coaches that provide added value compared to other crossfit gyms. If you're turned off by the monthly fees- you will see such improvements in your fitness that you will quickly come to realize the value.
Temenos Athletics gym is not just any gym. From the moment I stepped in, I felt so welcomed by the coaches and everyone who attends. They have made this community a second family for me. The coaches truly care about our well-being. They go over and beyond for us. They take the time to help us all with whatever we are working on or dealing with. It’s not just a job for them. It's their passion and it shows!
