Great response time
Took my RV here for repairs and they severely damaged my RV and tried to deny it until I showed proof. They finally admitted fault but refuse to reimburse me for them. Luckily I took a video of everything when I dropped it off or I’d have no proof. They also damaged some brand new solar panels they were supposed to install. They initially told me it would be $2,000 to install, later changed that to $10,000 so I told them I’d take it somewhere else for that. The other shop charge me $1,500 to install them. Great free storage , hold on to your wallet This business is great for free storage!!! had our coach for warranty work , it was at the end of my warranty but not out of it they took more than two months to complete work which should not have taken more then 2 weeks by the time I finally got the call it was done it was out of the factory warranty oh they do not call you with updates on the status . when I picked up they tried charging me work that was supposed to be covered under the warranty when I brought it to thier attent... read more
Temecula RV We have had some work done on our fifth-wheel trailer here. The service was good, and they did a good job. What we weren't thrilled with was that the guy who was supposed to call us didn't, and when we called him it took all day for him to get back to us. Also, the prices in the store are quite high. I would still recommend them for service, but if you are purchasing supplies in the store, you might want to compare prices elsewhere.

Very nice place to visit. They had a part for my water heater that is 15 years old. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend.
