The competitive pricing got me in there but the service and work will keep me as a customer. Trustworthy and professional shop. Great diagnostic work, Matt found my issue the previous shop couldn’t. This guy loves what he does. They kept me updated and even sent a video of the found problem. Great overall experience.
I highly recommend Temecula Valley European. Matt was really great. Very honest, took the time to explain everything to us. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. And the prices were fair. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
5 stars to Temecula Valley European! Matt, Hazel, and the team did a great job taking care of my E55. Matt went through with a fine tooth comb and I couldn't be happier with the repairs that were done. I will be taking my Benz back in the future for more work.
Not sure what else I can say but: AMAZING!! Both Hazel and Matt are always there for me, accommodating me whenever I call. I feel so comfortable having my car serviced by Matt. Thank you!
The shop is very conscientious. They got me fit in quickly for a spur of the moment road trip. Will definitely bring my sprinter back here again.
