Great doctor but no follow throw with referrals it’s the worst phone service ever AVA auto bot . Just nonsense when you call can’t talk to a live person ever !! Worst service ever they take a 2 hr lunch 12-2! If you want to get through, you need to get transferred to billing it’s the only place that actually answers of course
Are you looking to spend hours in phone tree hell? I had a scan that showed serious problems. They never called to schedule a follow-up. I had to go back to my PCP to get another referral. I've spent all afternoon trying to schedule an appointment without success. I've been transferred to offices in other counties and have been cut off multiple times. The one time I got through to a real person, she sent me back to phone tree hell. This place is truly awful.
I was a patient of Dr Eastman for past 20 years. Since his retirement the care and consideration of patients has declined. The office on Murrieta Hot Springs Rd does not answer or return any phone calls. I would not recommend this practice
