The customer service was excellent. Had no issues. The person who did my procedure was very helpful, caring, and understanding to my personal situation. I felt very comfortable and felt very safe during the whole process. My scheduled appointment was for 6:20 a.m. but the facility didn't open till 6:30 a.m., other than that everything was fine. Plenty of parking easy access very quick and efficient staff. This is the best facility so far that I have been to for any of the Temecula events Imaging centers through radnet
The office personnel were pleasant, efficient and relaxed. I was early and I was called back early. The CT Tech was nice, friendly and efficient too. Overall it was a good experience. Thanks Radnet!
