Unfortunately gave them a second chance after they messed up a piece of equipment the first time. Called on Monday was told they would be out by Wednesday and now it’s Friday. If I want someone to come out today it will cost me twice as much since we are going into the 4th. I would suggest going with maybe troubleshooters, depends if I get a reach out from this business or that they even care. TMR/TEMCO guys are top notch. I can't sing their praises enough!! They are prompt, professional, and always helpful to my cafeteria ladies. I oversee 4 school cafeterias. And tho we are a relatively small district (only about 2700 students), they never fail to answer my questions and dispatch a technician as quickly as possible. They genuinely understand the importance of making sure the children are fed in a timely manner. Thanks Michael and all of the TMR staff!!

They are great! I’ve worked with them for years. They are always very friendly when I do their quarterly pest control service. Great people!
