Absolutely the worst gate company to work with. Our gate box was not communicating to the house, but was still functioning otherwise - after 3 technicians and 4 days our gate box is completely non functional and so is our gate! Both are now completely broken! They claim they are fixing things but make it completely worse!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Complete scammers and horrible customer service!!!
The guy jason cloud doesnt know anything about the stuffs. He told me the conduit. Is what he doing. Jason clouds marti rous. They didnt know how to do anything electric for fence or cameras. Marti doesn't do anything with sunglasses and he just looks thats it. Jason clouds smokes the stuffs.
If I could give zero stars I would. One of your drivers was completely rude and disrespectful. He was driving recklessly, riding my butt (almost rear ended me) as well as yelled out of his rolled down window and said rude and completely disrespectful things to myself and someone else in my vehicle.
Nightmare Experience with TEM Systems. I requested an estimate from TEM Systems for the installation of a new camera system for our gated community. Received several estimates from the Sales Manager. Each estimate was incomplete, had many errors, and did not give specifics of the equipment to install. After pressuring them for the EXACT equipment they planned on installing, I finally received some numbers, none of which I could track online--first red flag.
