I thought this service was great, until I asked for a letter of medical necessity from them. Apparently, because of their "pharmacy rules" they are unable to provide proof of FSA/HSA eligibility so that your insurance covers (in my case) hormone patches. My commercial insurance even covers these, but I was unable to make it to the doctor for the refill and thought paying the extra money and having it reimbursed was a good option.
