Moved my prescription from a local pharmacy (5-minute commute) to TELUS Virtual Pharmacy. Today, the FedEx driver didn’t use the buzzer or call, and now I have to make a 30-minute trip to pick up my pills. I understand that’s a FedEx issue, but as a client I ended up spending about 40 minutes (calls and follow-up) instead of 10 minutes to get my medication. Nice work, TELUS—won’t be using this service again.

Telus Virtual Pharmacy and staff especially (Jeannie) at Central Location are amazing! Always kind and friendly, They go above and beyond for me each time I use the app. Love using the app. Appreciate them for everything they do. Delivery is usually the next day if not 2nd day. They even Text me reminders on refills which makes my life so much easier. Thanks Telus Virtual Pharmacy.

Been very convenient and helpful for me over the years. I like that I can easily keep track of my medications in the app, who ordered them, when they were prescribed, and when I need to order them again before I run out. I like that I can order at home with my phone instead of lining up at a pharmacy. Also can book an appointment or call with a pharmacist when I need to. Thankful for this service!

Convenient and reliable. Can track prescriptions and see past ones too. I get notifications when I need to reorder, can consult with a pharmacist, and receive medication by priority mail within a day or two.

Used to be a really easy, convenient way to manage my prescriptions. However, they've changed shipping from Purolator to Canada Post. Where it used to take a day or two, it can take 4-5 days (or longer if there's a weekend). Now, it's way easier to just use my local pharmacist. Too bad. The pharmacists and service were good, but the delivery now is abysmal.
