Wild goose chase with them for a week now . They do not return phone calls or emails . This is unacceptable for a pharmacy and they are short and give incorrect info about copays not covered and applying coupon and nothing whatsoever available and how they have checked all sites to be sure . Upon checking and 30 Seconds later , I had a code that covered everything with 0 out of pocket to me . Unacceptable , short , unprofessional and rude service . Shame !
You have an app, it allows me to upload my doctors prescription to it and send it to you. Why am I forcing my Doctors office to fax my prescription to you for Diabetes Medications? It is the the 2024. Fax Machines were cutting edge in 1972 Seems Anachronistic? Why must thing be made harder? Telus, taking us backwards....
Nothing replace the freedom to go to your drugstore, talk to your pharmacist and get your medication right away. Telus pharmacy is confused, burocratic and force the user to wait forever for getting the medication. I hate to be forced to use this service, it's should be optional.
