It seems every time I call the MyCare line and I'm the only one in que ue, it doesn't get answered for about 20 minutes! What are they doing having coffee? It's ridiculous!
It's always a bad sign when you see businesses consistently asking for a review, and only after positive encounters. Whats there to hide?
Registered w/ them a while ago as my family doctor, but it's next to impossible to actually see a doctor or get an appointment. I just end up having to go to a walk in clinic most of the time ... UPDATE: I got an appointment 5 seconds after posting this. But having to spend your day refreshing the app in hopes of an appointment opening appearing is kind of frustrating.
They are the worst healthcare provider I have come across. They are trying to solve my breathing problem from last one year with couple of medical checkups with 2 months wait time each and after that they have given another medical checkup for root cause which has 5 months wait time to rule out allergic asthma. All for simple breathing problem. They couldnt even refer to specialist if they cant solve the problem. None of the medicines recomended worked for my health issue.
