Very rude concierge! It’s honestly shocking and unacceptable that someone with such poor behavior and limited English skills is placed at the concierge desk — a role that requires daily interaction with residents. It’s frustrating to walk by and be met with rudeness and confusion every day. She can’t even understand and explain how to get my fob fixed, and she got impatient and aggressive as we were not able to follow her “English” 🥹
Mold, the venting units have mold which gets worse if there's leaks. I had my unit inspected and they found 2/3 of the toxinigenic molds in the unit 3906 which the landlord refused to fix despite a leak causing health concerns. Elevators been out of service for 8 months and the buzzer is broken so often. Also issues with the cooling systems leaking into units and causing water damage are common. Great for short term, bad for long-term. Only good thing is the concierge people are nice
