TERRIBLE customer services. Last March, I put in a request for a transfer of an business account and heard nothing from them for a month or so. It turns out Telus made two spelling mistakes to separate occasions on the email addresses, which I spent time to figure out. I no longer have anything to do with the account anymore but Telus left my email address to the account and I am getting emails. I think this location would be so much better if there was a customer service call centre added in this location…surely the building is the big enough to include that 🤨
