The garden store location is lovely, and the staff are equally so. Hossain absolutely went the extra mile for me, even staying after closing to help me get set up. He tried every angle to get me the best possible deal, and match the service to my needs without pushing anything further on me. What an exceptional human being, I highly recommend asking for him!
Telus' service used to be the best until they switched to a more AI based Chat and Phone calls. Back then, you could get to a customer service within 5 minutes. Now, you have to go through their AI bots in both phone or online chat for at least 10 minutes, go through 10 sets of questions only to be able to redirect you to a "real person" who barely replies to you online or "put you on hold" to talk to their supervisor for permission. Worst provider. Terrible to get a hold of and deal with.
Big, big corporate office. Ultra modern design and i’ve just entered into a new contract with them for my new Laptop. Shucks! Why do i feel so intimidated? Must be the cavernous reception area.
