How can Telus afford this with such absolute garbage service and products. I have been trying to resolve what should be a simple issue for over a year! I’ve been on the phone for more than 10 hours. I’ve been sent 6 different tv boxes and now the tech that visits couldn’t resolve the long list of issues so he just gives me two more different style boxes which also don’t work but now they ask for a reg code which he can not provide.. as well I was told I would not be charged for the visits, yet there’s a 200$ extra on my bill... read more
Non stop spamming calls from Telus telemarketers. I was previously a Telus customer and clearly either Telus corporate or someone at Telus passed my contact information onto a telemarketing agency. Regardless of how many times you tell them to put you on the do not call list they still call you. It's honestly at least once a day I get called from Telus representatives and it's frustrating how much Telus doesn't care about its customers' wishes.
A genuine environmental beauty in the downtown that is well-maintained by great folks ❤️
