On December 26, 2024, I purchased a mobile phone and service plan from TELUS. As of today, February 20, 2025, almost two months later, I have not received the order. I have contacted TELUS customer service over ten times in the past seven weeks, each time incurring a 60-80 minute wait time. Constantly harassed by Telus tele-marketers. Have politely asked to not be contacted and removed from their list but yet every week I receive endless calls. Telus are the new "airduct cleaners" with their constant barrage - terrible practice for a company this size.
I got the luxury of visiting here through work, and there was absolutely amazing
