They fail to mention that, when you want the telus garage door opener and smart panel thermostat un-installed. You have to do that yourself. Great... Thanks alot for the heads up. Garbage company stay away.
No good service
Terrible service. Our cameras don’t work; they continue to charge $175 for each service call. We woke up in the middle of the night to fire alarms and spent 4 hours on the phone trying to rectify the situation only to be placed on hold for two hours and when we phoned them back they said they were closed so we were left on hold for the night. Shop around for your home security; don’t do Telus.
Horrible, stay away.
Service is absolutely horrible since Ambusch sold to Telus. Sent the service department 4 emails and did not even get a response. Called and takes 1-5 days to get a call back - can not wait to hear how long to actually get someone onsite!
