Booked my car in for a service a week in advance, I arrived on the day to find they were shut, no one contacted me before hand to let me know or re-arrange for a different date.
I recently had to find somewhere to get my wheels balanced following hitting a huge pothole whilst in Scotland which resulted in a bad vibration which was most pronounced at 40/45mph. I searched around and found Teltyres in Wellington. I called in and Dom and the team were absolutely fantastic. They arranged to balance all 4 wheels at a very reasonable price and fitted me in that day. I've been here quite a few times now they have helped me out on many diffrent jobs not just tyres, on diffrent vechicles we're other garrages would want to mess me about these guys just cracked on with it always completed even if they did run into issues
I have used this garage for work on two of our cars recently, without question, the best garage I have used. Very professional, very reasonable pricing. I had an issue the other day, with a fuel leak and they worked with me to resolve the matter, that was repaired by the AA as an emergency. 100% recommend this great family run business.
